Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase from Kopiah Trading Post, you can return the product and get a full return or exchange. Exchanges are only eligible to be made with in-stock items.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and initial shipping fees will not be refunded. 

Our return policy period is 30-days from the day you purchase your order. If it has been over 30 days since you purchased your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange on the item. 

To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition as you received it in. We will not accept returns or exchanges on items that are sent back damaged, stained, worn, or washed.
